  • Initiate S/P problem report - Report specific problems to the supplier / partner.

  • Close S/P problem report - Close a S/P problem report when the S/P problem has been resolved.

  • Track & manage S/P problem resolution - Track progress of the problem resolution as advised by the supplier / partner.
