The workshop objectives were to ensure that every participant would be able to create, document and communicate precisely information about internal processes and procedures. The fundamentals of process capture, process mapping and publishing process to internal web sites were all met.

Every workshop run by HCG is customized to the particular needs of the organization. Each training workshop includes time to create process maps that are part of the organizations own processes ensuring the most effective response for each groups needs.

The vast majority of attendees felt the workshop length was just right for them. Note less than 12% thought it was too long, and of those voting most were already very skilled in process mapping and process capture. (e.g. Business Analysts and IT Project Managers.)
