Lay Out the Process - Then Enter Data

In many cases, it is more productive to arrange a collection of tasks on the page to get a feeling for the overall process, before entering supporting data. You will probably want to enter the Task Description so that you know what each box represents, but most of the other data can wait until the layout looks like what you have in mind.

Another advantage of this approach is that you may find that some of the tasks you have added to the page do not actually belong there in the final analysis. If you've taken time to enter information about Guidelines, Resources, and Roles for a task you delete, your time has been wasted.
