Generating a proposal is typically a complex and confusing process for many organizations. Frequently proposals require input from many different people. In addition, there is a review and approval process before a proposal may be distributed. Finally, finding the proper guidelines and templates for generating the proposal is often a time consuming and frustrating process.
The proposal preparation TaskMap sample below illustrates the different people involved with the process, shows the guidelines that need to be followed, and identifies the templates and other tools that are used to create the proposal.
By using the hyperlinking capabilities of TaskMap, this diagram could be posted on an intranet and so that each of the hyperlinks would lead directly to the resources, forms, documents and people depicted in the drawing.
