Task Link Display OptionsTask Link Display Options

The Task Link Display Options toolbar allows you to control the display of Task Link data.

A Task Link with only the Task Link Description displayed looks like this:

A Task Link with all data displayed looks like this:

where the number and letter in parentheses represent the Time Between Tasks and the appropriate time unit.

Setting Display Options

The check boxes in the upper portion of the Task Link Display Options dialog allow you to control whether the Task Link Description and the Time Between Tasks will be displayed.

In addition, if you choose to display the Time Between Tasks, another checkbox appears (see example following this paragraph) that allows you to indicate whether to display all Time Between Tasks values or just those whose value is greater than zero.

When Task Links are Selected

If you select one or more Task Links before clicking on the Task Link Display Options button, the lower portion of the Task Link Display Options dialog includes all three radio buttons shown here:

You can use this format of the dialog to change the Task Link display for the selected Task Link(s), all Task Links on the current page, or all Task Links in the current TaskMap drawing file.

When Task Links are Not Selected

If you have not selected any Task Links before clicking on the Task Link Display Options button, the lower portion of the Task Link Display Options dialog only contains the two options shown here:
