TaskMap Professional Options

NOTE: This topic applies only to users of TaskMap Professional.

Data Graphics Icons

To customize the display of TaskMap Data Graphics, click the Data Graphics Icons tab:

The upper portion of the Data Graphic Icons tab allows you to change the background color of the graphics associated with the Risk Number and Control Number fields. Use the dropdown list to select a new color.

The lower portion of the Data Graphic Icons tab allows you to change the threshold setting for the Time Threshold data graphic.

If you would like to save changes you’ve made on the Data Graphics Icons tab for reuse in other TaskMaps, refer to Saving a Customized TaskMap Template.

Alternate Role Display

To customize the alternative Responsible Role display format, click the Alt. Role Display tab:

The Responsible Role is usually displayed under an arc above the Task shape. TaskMap Professional allows you to display the Responsible Role field in an alternative format. You can change the background color of the alternate role display text callout by selecting an entry from the dropdown list.

If you would like to save changes you’ve made on the Alt. Role Display tab for reuse in other TaskMaps, refer to Saving a Customized TaskMap Template.

User-defined Fields

To customize the display of User-defined Number and User-defined Text click the User-defined Fields tab:

The User-defined Fields tab allows you to change the background color of the graphics associated with TaskMap Professional’s user-defined fields. Use the dropdown list to select a new color.

If you would like to save changes you’ve made on the User-defined Fields tab for reuse in other TaskMaps, refer to Saving a Customized TaskMap Template.
