TaskMap Tech Notes are downloadable PDF documents that contain solutions to problems that have occurred on more than one customer system. Most Tech Notes deal with issues related to TaskMap's interaction with various versions of Microsoft Windows and Visio.
Hyperlinks in TaskMaps that you save as web pages don't work in Internet Explorer version 7 and you use TaskMap with Visio 2003. This problem was fixed by Microsoft in October 2007 in Visio 2003 Service Pack 3.

TaskMap Style Guidelines
While there are few absolutely right or wrong ways to create a TaskMap, Harvard Computing Group has adopted a number of mapping conventions that make TaskMaps easier to look at and easier to read. Feel free to use the suggestions in TaskMap Layout and Style Guidelines and adapt them to your personal and organizational style.
