Once a new process has been documented it is ready to Piloting. The advantages of piloting are manifold. Take the following actions:
- Test it against the workshop group and select a broader test group to “beta test” all your assumptions
- This could lead to a more detailed workshop/test
- Creates a basis for “adoption to change” rather than rejection of it
