Sometimes we just don’t have the time to put the effort into going to formal educational courses to get the data we need. As Meryl Streep once quipped in the movie Postcards from the Edge “I used to be into instant gratification, but now I don’t have the patience for it.”
In BPM that’s a little more complex, however best practices and a framew
ork can bring an unskilled practitioner right along. Particularly if you already have good project management skills.
Our organization and Delphi Group set up such a program last year, called the BPM online Bootcamp. In recognition of Spring we are offering these classes for only $195. If you are new to BPM then BPM 101 should be ideal, if you are looking to do analysis and improvement then both course including BPM 201 will work better.
