Harvard Computing Group developed the Simplified Process Mapping Roadmap based on many years of learning from clients, projects, consultants, and business partners. We’ve found that while there are typically some people who have ideas about better ways of doing things, they are often reluctant to share their knowledge with others.
We think that dealing with processes is complex enough, so we are releasing the most useful shortcuts and best practices we know.
